1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GemStals. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy, subject to the following terms and conditions.
You may return or exchange any product purchased from our online shop within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
